The hotel gave us small but functional rooms for our first night. They weren't as good as in pictures, with mold in the bathroom and the air conditioning barely working. There was a very weird smell when we entered.
The hotel room was huge but basic, with a tiny bath, okay for short stays. Although it was not nice and located directly above a traffic light, it had a balcony on the street. The service was extremely friendly, providing spacious rooms and great value breakfast. They even organized a taxi at 4:30 am and offered a place to leave bags after check out. The location was great for an early flight back to Madrid, right by the beach and well-served by local buses.

Despite this hiccup, the staff were fantastic in helping us switch rooms due to an aircon issue. The location was ideal for our last night in Mallorca before an early flight to Madrid, and the proximity to the beach and restaurants was excellent.
